These olives are participating in the “Olives For Health” research project at the Yale School of Public Health in collaboration with the Department of Cardiology of the School of Medicine at Yale University in the USA, with ClinicalTrials.gov registration number NCT05218980.

 

All of our imported olives come from our organic farm, are unpasteurized, have no additives, and are products of a natural fermentation process. This means that the olives are “alive” as fermentation produces probiotics thereby increasing their health benefits!
