The olive harvest year for 2016/17 commenced with a great international award for Sakellaropoulos Organic Farming.
Between November 25th and 27th, 2016, in Bologna, Italy, the 3rd BIOLNOVELLO 2016/2017 took place, which is the international competition for “fresh” Organic Olive Oil of the new season with expert panel tasters.

A great honor for us at one of the most difficult harvest periods during the last 70 years.
The participants were from many different countries such as Spain, France, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, etc., but mainly from Italy due to the locality, from outstanding regions such as Sicily, Tuscany, Puglia, Sardinia, Calabria, Umbria, etc.
