These awarded Gourmet Olives consist of organic Kalamon olives that are infused in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with water, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, laurel and salt. These olives have been found to have the highest amount of polyphenols of any table olives worldwide.
